Wheatgrass (triticum aestivum) is one of the most effective natural health supplements available. What is the difference between juice powder and grass powder of wheatgrass?

With regards to the nutrient difference between the juice powder and grass powder, both wheatgrass products are considered to be superfoods, but offer different nutritional profile - juice powders offer more enzymes, while leaf powders offer higher content of vitamins, minerals and amino acids.
