Core Products Europe Limited trading as Chlorella Europe may change or withdraw any part of www.chlorella-europe.com at any time without notice. We may also terminate this Agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of www.chlorella-europe.com upon breach of any part of these Terms whatsoever.
These Terms supersede all prior agreements and understandings between the parties concerning its subject matter and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
None of these Terms & Conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
www.chlorella-europe.com may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose and no links to this website can be created from any other website or document without the prior written consent of Chlorella Europe.
Unauthorised use of this website may give to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence. Use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
In the result of any waiver in respect to our Terms, we reserve the right to hold all Terms relevant in the future.

If for any reason whatsoever you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange the goods for you or refund you - we have a no-quibble money back guarantee. We also offer a Postage Guarantee to all sales; if an item is lost in the post, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund (allowing 21 business days for all orders).

The description and specification of products on this website is only approximate and supplied to us by the manufacturers of the specific goods. We reserve the right to make changes which do not materially affect the quality or performance of these products. We may correct any error appearing on the website or withdraw any product from sale without incurring any liability.
You can purchase any of our food supplements via our website. By placing your order, you acknowledge that have read and agreed to all the policies listed on this page. All prices seen on the website are final and include VAT and the cost of delivery. All payments are taken in your chosen currency with all credit/debit card transactions handled securely via PayPal and WorldPay. Once your order has been placed and completed online, we will receive notification by the chosen payment processor and you will be sent an e-mail confirmation of your order. This e-mail simply confirms that your order and all relevant details were received and are progressing through our system. Occasionally and depending on your computer settings, our e-mails may end up in the spam or junk folders; please check this folder, if in doubt.
We may contact you by e-mail to discuss your order.
If it is reasonable to do so, Chlorella Europe may cancel any order and not supply products and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time without notice. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
If the right payment currency is not chosen, Chlorella Europe retains the right to cancel the order and refund any payments made in full.
Every order is treated as individual and will be processed as such. If we are out of stock of the item you ordered, we will advise you immediately of an estimated date of dispatch. If the delay is not acceptable to you, we will refund your payment.
If there are any specific packaging requirements, it is the customer's responsibility to inform us when placing their order.
As a customer, you are responsible for making sure that buying nutritional food supplements from the United Kingdom is allowed in your own country and we cannot be held responsible for any local regulations that may affect the importation of these products. All overseas shipments are at the customer's own risk. Any local import duties, taxes, tariffs or release fees are the customer's responsibility to pay.
As soon as the goods are despatched, we will notify you by e-mail with all the relevant details. We aim to despatch all orders placed before 3 p.m. Monday to Friday on the day your order is placed. Orders received after this time, or at weekends or public holidays, will be dispatched the next working day. We do not guarantee to post any orders between 3 p.m. Friday and Monday midday, although we occasionally process orders on Saturdays.
Shipment to the UK is by Royal Mail First Class or First Class Signed For delivery and will reach you in 1-3 business days. EU shipments are by Royal Air Mail or International Signed For delivery and will reach you in 3-14 days. To the the rest of the world deliveries can take longer, especially around the Christmas period. Shipping to all destinations is FREE*. *Minimum Spend levels apply on countries outside the UK

If your order is returned to us undelivered, then we reserve the right to charge shipping costs to redeliver.
Before raising a delivery query, please allow 21 days for all orders.
All prices and offers are subject to change and availability, errors and omissions excepted. Discount codes are applied to product prices prior to VAT and not to the order value as a whole, please allow for slight differences when ordering non VAT items; the price given at the check out is final.
All the material which we provide in this website supporting the distance selling and our Returns & Refunds Policy are governed by the EU Distance Selling Regulations (SI 2000 No. 2334).
Returns & Refunds Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order or you have received the wrong product, you have the right to cancel your contract with Chlorella Europe within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Goods must be returned by certified mail and must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any goods.
Refunds will be paid within 7 days of receiving the returned goods by reversing the payment through our payment processors. In accordance with the current EU law, the cost of both original and return postage shall be borne by the customer and deducted from any refund issued. We cannot refund for any products that have either been opened or used.
Items not received
In the very rare occasion that your order is lost in the post, please allow sufficient time before contacting us, in case there are delays with the postal deliveries. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your item within 21 days from the day on which you received an email from us confirming that your order had been despatched.
We will respond to any customer queries by phone or e-mail within a maximum of 24 hours.
