We pride ourselves on our swift turnaround. All product orders received on a business day by 3 p.m. are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or over the weekend or public holidays, will be dispatched the next working business day. If for some reason we are unable to process your order right away, we will email you. Postage and packing costs are included in the prices you pay with no extra charges, unless otherwise clearly stated or agreed.
 
  Goods to the UK are sent by Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Signed-For Service; it takes no more than 1-3 days to deliver; in most instances, goods arrive the next day.
 
  Goods to Europe are dispatched by International Royal Air Mail or International Royal Air Mail Signed For service (registered). EU orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days.

  

  Goods destined for the USA and the rest of the world may take a little longer, but on average it takes 7-9 business days.

 
In all instances, you will be notified by e-mail acknowledging your order and confirming shipping details. Please ensure that our e-mail address is added to your 'safe list' and not filtered by spam/junk filters. Goods are dispatched in secure envelops or cardboard boxes; wherever possible, we aim to use recycled materials.

If for whatever reason you are not happy with your order, you can cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Goods must be returned at your own expense and must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. We recommend that you use a Recorded or Special Delivery service for the return of goods; please contact us before doing so.
 
We will refund any item returned within 14 days from receipt, excluding original postage costs, by reversing your payment through our payment processors. We cannot refund for any products that have either been opened or used. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
